We offer free ground shipping for diaper cakes and UPS for all other products. Express shipping is available at checkout. Please keep in mind that the diaper cakes must be shipped in large boxes. Express shipping rates will be expensive because the boxes are considered oversized by the shipping companies.

When purchasing a diaper cake take into consideration the amount of time it will take to receive the cake. Diaper cakes are shipped from Florida. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. It takes approximately 2-7 days to receive the diaper cake from the time of shipping, depending on where you are located.

Baby shower favors ship from several different warehouses and / or distributors. Shipping times vary and packages might arrive separately. Favors ship in 1-3 days, if personalized allow 3-5 days. This does not include the time it takes for delivery. Please allow 2-7 days to receive the favors from the time of shipping, depending on where you are located.

All diaper cakes are shipped using either the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx depending on which one offers the lowest rate.

We accept payments through Paypal. PayPal is a quick and secure way to pay for internet transactions. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, you may return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

You must CONTACT US prior to returning a product for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Product must be returned in original condition, not used or laundered, and must include original packaging and tags. Refund will be issued (less original shipping charges) upon receipt and inspection of product.

If an item is defective or damaged in shipping we will be happy to issue a full refund including return shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. If you would like a even exchange on a defective item, it will be shipped at no additional shipping charges.
